·  Income must be at least 3 times current monthly rent
·  NO evictions on record
·  The following items will be required at your first meeting:
                        ►  Non-refundable $50.00 application fee
                        ►  Picture I.D. and social security card for all potential residents
                        ►  Proof of income within the last 120 days
                        ►  Copy of court order for child support
