Al Flannigan
Finance Manager

Al Flannigan has been working in the accounting field for over 15 years and has been involved in Community Development and real estate accounting for 10 years.  Al has been with Messiah Housing Corporation for 8 years.

In that time he has been involved in organizational planning, created budgets and financial reports, and prepared the organization for required annual interim audits.  Recently, as Church of the Messiah Housing Corporation has expanded its property management operation, Al has added asset management to the list of duties he performs for the organization.
