Abraham Kadushin was the architect on these developments as well as the Field Street Developments. After being in the concept stage for 5 to 7 years, CMHC obtained $1.9 million from the city of Detroit Home Funds, The Richmond Group Capital Fund, Standard Federal Bank and Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) to build and eleven unit two and three bedroom rental townhouse projects. The project began in September of 2003 and was completed in 2005.
Construction began in 2004 on the Bridgeview II Townhouses. This project was funded by the Richmond Group, Standard Federal Bank, the City of Detroit Home Funds and LIHTC. The townhouses consist of eleven two and three bedroom units and were completed in 2006.
The townhouses are manufactured homes and were built by Kenilworth, Ontario's Quality Home Engineering Company.
